The Shellcrete crew in Florida

Alan M. Lovera

President & Founder

• CTEF Certified Tile Installer

Installing tile since 2005; founded SRQ Modern in 2017 on one idea — the people who sell you the surface should be the people who install it.

Romina Ronda

VP, Finance & Operations

Runs finance and operations: pricing, scheduling capacity against what has already been sold, and what the business can genuinely take on this quarter.

Armando Murillo

VP of Operations

Runs the field — scheduling, crews and the sequencing that decides whether a job finishes on the day it was promised.

Alejandra Gill

Project Coordinator

Holds the thread between the selection you made in the showroom and the crew standing in your house eight weeks later.

Efren Soberanes

Shellcrete Quality Control

On site for the hours a poured surface is decided in — the mix, the timing, and whether today is a day to pour at all.
